Our mussels are grown in the clean bays of Prince Edward Island. These waters are continuously monitored by government to ensure water quality and product integrity.  These blue mussels are rope cultured rather than wild allowing them to be held off the bottom.  The end result is a cleaner, fuller product which is monitored throughout the growing process.

Here at L&C Fisheries we have a hands-on approach to processing which ensures that our mussels retain all of their natural flavour.  Mussels are cleaned and hand graded prior to packing and shipping, ensuring the freshest, best quality mussels for consumers.
