Our lobster is locally caught off the north shore of PEI by our local fishermen. Each fisherman handles each lobster with the upmost care in order to assure the best quality. Here at L&C Fisheries we hold the lobsters in tanks, using the same water which they were caught from, where they are continually monitored every day to provide the best quality lobster for shipping and your dinner plate. These holding tanks allow for the water to be closely monitored for temperature as well as waste materials.
With years of experience cooking lobster, L&C Fisheries has perfected the process. Each batch is cooked within specific parameters providing the same quality and taste every time. Our cooked lobster is boiled rather than steamed, ensuring that it is moist, tender and full of flavour.
