L&C Fisheries Inc. began operations in 1978 in French River, PEI, Canada with only the owners employed by the company. The company has grown with the expansion of its Green Gables Mussels line in 1992 where they began processing and exporting cultured mussels. Growth has been at the core of this company with plant renovations and expansions since its inception. In 2003 L&C Fisheries diversified into oysters as well, adding another top quality product.
